Classes are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day; there is flexibility for early departures to meet flight schedules on the last day of class. Please arrive by 8:45 AM on the first day of the workshop.

Morning and afternoon refreshments are provided; however, lunch is not provided.

Dress is business casual. Please bring a calculator and a pencil. Laptops and cell phones will not be allowed on in the classroom, with the exception of our Needs Assessment training classes because we provide software that will be used.
